MemeLaunch Studio ("the Service") is a browser-based design tool operated by Jack Buckland, trading via Weblandscreate (weblandscreate.com). Contact: jackbuckland12345@outlook.com. By using it you agree to these terms.

What you buy

A one-time payment of 0.08 SOL grants your account lifetime access to the current version of the Service. There are no recurring fees. Future major versions may be offered separately.

How it works

The studio uses procedural graphics and prewritten text templates that run in your browser. It does not use a live AI language or image model.

Cancellation

Access begins immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly consent to this and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply begins. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected — see the cancellation & refund policy.

Export license

You may use, modify, publish and commercially exploit websites, logos, banners and copy you export, without attribution. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service, its source code or its templates as a template product or competing tool.

Not financial advice

MemeLaunch Studio is not a token, does not issue or sell tokens and provides no investment, legal or tax advice. We make no promise that using the Service will lead to any outcome, including sales, price movement or community growth.

Your content

You are responsible for the names, claims and content you create and publish, and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction, including rules on promoting crypto-assets. Do not use the Service for scams, impersonation or infringing content.

Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory consumer rights.
