Your 14-day right to cancel

If you buy as a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for digital content. Because access to the studio begins immediately after payment, checkout asks you to expressly consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once supply begins. We record the time of that consent with your order. Without that consent we cannot take your order.

Faulty or misdescribed digital content

This does not affect your statutory rights. If the studio or your exports are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible or doesn't fix the problem, a price reduction or refund, as provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Payment problems

If you paid but did not receive access, or were charged twice, email jackbuckland12345@outlook.com with your order ID and transaction signature. We will restore access or refund the duplicate payment.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are sent in SOL to the original paying wallet, for the SOL amount you paid. Solana network fees charged by the network are outside our control.
